Sissy arrived in Anaheim yesterday, on business, covering the Craft & Hobby Association trade show at the convention center which opens today. Haven't seen her in ages, what a treat!
I drove down to the OC last night to meet up with her, where we enjoyed cozy quality time camping out in her comfy Marriott room in an impromptu pajama-rama.
Me and Sissy, bright-eyed and bushy-tailed this morning.
We were both on the tired side and didn't feel like venturing out (We're Right Next Door and We're NOT Going to Disneyland!) so staying in to partake of room service, gabfesting, gifting (thanks for the New Orleans swag, Sissy!) picture sharing and general relaxation time together made for a perfect evening.
By 7:45 a.m. she was ready to meet up with a colleague and I was zipping north up the I-5 back to "Storm Watch" LA County. Twelve of the best hours spent in an already enjoyably memorable week. Thanks, Sissy! xoxoxo
