VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED for all openings.
What do volunteers do?
Our presence ensures that the gates are opened.
We direct traffic and monitor the park to ensure fire codes about no smoking and no incense burning occurs. Violations of these codes could result in a fire on the grounds and cancellation of future visitation date openings.
We assist visitors by looking up grave information in the working index and sectional reference books, provide maps to the graves and personal assistance in physically finding graves.
We fulfill grave look-up and marker photography requests from families who are physically unable to attend visitations.
We clean up garbage and other debris that accumulates within the park between visitations.
We bring tools to help get the job done including rakes, brooms, clippers, water, paper towel, garbage bags, etc.
If you would like to be a volunteer, please contact the law offices of David Baum at (310) 990-3660 (new number) for more details.
Thank you!
