Class Action Status

CLASS ACTION UPDATE

On January 19, 2010, the final approval hearing on the class action was held and the settlement was approved by Judge Mohr.  Before judgment can be entered and the terms of the settlement, including class compensation, can be fulfilled certain procedures, including review of the submitted claim forms, must be completed.  The attorneys are scheduled to report to the Court shortly as to progress on these procedures.  I will report further when there is something to report. ~ Paul Ayers
